We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
- Your return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You have your order number or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as combs) that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to start a return
- Email support@velnivora.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Ship the item to our returns center: 3731 W Warner Ave, Unit B10, Santa Ana, CA 92704, United States. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not the item you ordered – in those cases we cover return shipping or send a free replacement. Original shipping charges (for Express Shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest option is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
